Discrimination is eating corporate America alive. Court cases and litigation costs continue to stifle profits and employee morale simultaneously. Management flounders around and does little except trigger employees to hire outside attorneys, who then jump into court as fast as possible. In the end, often after years, the employees are just as unhappy as management. And the lawyers make a fortune. We know – because for nearly 30 years we have been those lawyers.
Our goal has always been to do our part to reduce discrimination in America. But in truth, after acquiring millions of dollars for our clients – including multi-million dollar federal verdicts – we don't think we are making even a small dent in either discrimination or management ineptitude in dealing with it. Litigation and discrimination in the workplace, too, are no less a problem. We have created an alternative model for making in-roads – in both litigation and human costs.
